One night, as he camped under the stars, he was startled by a sudden roar. A massive tiger emerged from the darkness, its eyes gleaming with a predatory light. Zhi Yun's heart raced, but he remembered the teachings of his master. He sat cross-legged, his breath steady, and began to chant. The tiger approached, its snout nearly touching his hand, yet it did not move. Zhi Yun felt a profound connection with the creature, and the tiger eventually turned and walked away, leaving him unharmed.

The next day, Zhi Yun reached the edge of the world. He stood on a cliff overlooking an endless sea of fire, the flames leaping and dancing like the soul of the earth. He had reached the end of the world, but instead of despair, he felt a surge of determination. He realized that this was the true test of his resolve, and he stepped forward, his heart pounding with anticipation.

As he descended the cliff, he encountered a wise old woman who was tending to the flames. "Who are you, and why have you come to this place?" she asked.

"I am Zhi Yun, a monk on a journey to the end of the world," he replied. "I seek enlightenment."

The old woman smiled, her eyes twinkling with ancient wisdom. "Enlightenment is not found in places, but in the heart. Look within, and you will find what you seek."

Back in the temple, master Feng Xian awaited him. "Zhi Yun," he said, "I see the enlightenment in your eyes."

Zhi Yun nodded, his heart full of gratitude. He had found what he had been seeking, not at the end of the world, but within his own soul.
